Shipping Policy

We ship all orders through Spreadconnect within the EU.

Processing time

• 95% of orders are produced and shipped within 48 hours.

• Some products may take longer due to production schedules, which will be shown at checkout.

Delivery time

• Standard EU delivery: 3–7 business days after shipping.

• Example: If you order September 24, your package should arrive between October 1–6 depending on location and carrier.

Large orders

• Orders of more than 10 items may require extra production time. Please order a few days in advance.

Shipping costs

• Shipping is based only on your total order value — no hidden fees.

Delays & responsibility

• Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
