  Due to the limited nature of our products and hygiene reasons with apparel, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason (including sizing issues, change of mind, or delays with shipping).

• Defective or Incorrect Items
  If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at biancarencoret@hotmail.com. We will review your case and, if approved, send a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.

• Sizing

• Order Issues / Lost Packages
  Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
